These guys saw their stats quadruple to 850+ players.
Not everyone that unsubscribed is playing Perpetuum of course, but it's a fairly concrete sign something is up, and should have been corrected before the damage was done.
I personally know a few very good players who's time has run out, they are gone, many more to follow.
I don't understand why people refuse to believe it? Are they angry that they can't do it or just unable to believe somebody else can.
It doesn't really matter i guess, the game will continue no matter if a few thousand people quit, so don't worry fanbois. The thing is the community as a whole loses out. Seems we have the terrible situation now of two classes of player, Monotrolls & everybody else.
Not enviable, & extremely unfortunate IMO.
You're an idiot. You leaving would be a bonus for the community.
